****UPDATE**** Bluestreak Crystals have since re-considered their position and have kindly refunded me for the proportion of the order not honoured bringing this matter to a close. POST - Purchase of x2 packets of 30 crystals. Seller failed to deliver on order only supplying half of the goods. Seller in breach of their contractual obligation: Consumer Rights Act 2015 replacing the Sale of Goods Act 1979. Seller response \we are now unable to help you further\, citing delay in my contacting them as their reasoning. Their behaviour fails to conform to acceptable standard of morality and respectability. Do not deal.

I have repeatedly purchased my Swarovski items from Bluestreak Crystals and I have never had a serious problem. All my orders have arrived quickly and intact. Only during these difficult times have the orders taken longer to arrive but that is to be reasonably expected. I’ve only had one slight mishap and that again was due to this ongoing situation. One of my items arrived about 6 weeks due to their stock getting stuck in transit from Europe. They kept me informed every time their delivery dates got pushed back and when my item was on its way to me. Their customer service has always been helpful, friendly and quick. I recommend this company for your Swarovski needs.
This company promotes not licensed technicians on their page. Bc of this company I went to a not licensed brand ambassador they promote on their business page. mailed their business page to inform them. Whoever runs their Instagram blocked my page. I called them and months later their still promoting unlicensed nail technicians. Be careful and understand that this company will make anyone a brand ambassador without the proper nail license.
