I watched this store grow from such a little seed, it has taken a good number of years to get their practices correct, I personally have recieved the blunt end of when the practices were corrected, ie, a pulled layby not expected or the odd faulty item passes QC for sale. However given the fact that if i have a problem, i go in with a smile and give a neat request and in return i always get a welcome and any issues are dealt with promptly! The key is to smile - irrelevant of any problem! Well Done Guys! You're a great bunch! A big up for dealing with all the Blackpool crackheads on the daily basis too!

I always use Cash Converters at Church Street. Staff really helpful and Ade and Rafal always helpful. Had dealing with the area manager when I had a problem and I think he was called Tony and he sorted my issue out straight away. No problems what so ever and would recommend.
