Customer service does not seem to be a thing for this company. It had taken me an hour to reach the Google address for this place only to find it was incorrect. I called the store to ask for a more accurate location to which the lady said ‘just follow the road signs’. As I am not from the area and there were no obvious road signs, I called again to maybe get some more help. The lady this time replied ‘we’re on the left’ and hung up the phone. Left of what hun? If you do not want customers you should really just close up and go home. A better place to shop would be N&S Flowers in central Birmingham. They are more welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. If you are going up Sherlock Street towards Pershore Road, you will find them at the mini roundabout ON THE LEFT :)

The silk flowers for sale here are remarkably lifelike. Massive selection of artificial flowers and plants from the tiniest buds, massive Amaryllis to wonderful tall rose trees. The staff are very helpful and have lots of knowledge in the floral trade. This can be most useful when one needs some advice regarding decorating a room for a wedding or other function. Well worth a visit as online photos do not do the place justice.
