Today is my sons 2nd Birthday. We 'celebrated' by ordering a Nandos home delivery. Disapointed is an understatement. Our food arrived like warm. Peri fries were anything but. Biggest disappointment was my pitta. Someone started, and gave up half way through, one piece of lettuce, half a cucumber slice and left over chicken. Pathetic. The useless thing is still here please collect from B17 0BN. I trust you will address this, with as much effort as our pitta.

Food is good as ever. However the chance of you getting food on time is minimal, if it is anything like I experienced this evening after ordering via app. The two managers in the shop this evening have lot to learn about managing staff and customers. After causing a delay of nearly 35 minutes from the promised time of delivery, they agreed to give me 20% off for the next order, only if I go to the restaurant and order. Even then, there is no voucher to give out for this, a manager scribbled 20% off on the receipt saying it will be honoured next time.

Not 100% convinced I'm leaving here without covid. The food was delicious (never been disappointed with Nando's food); toilets were clean; table was reasonably clean; the staff were kind. However, do not come here if you have a poor quality phone due to the QR code virtual queuing/ordering. I was unable to order via the app and my phone is very modern and never has problems. Not to be a Karen, but we were given a dirty knife; glasses were held at the rim; and I noticed only 2 of the staff were wearing masks. Overall, we had about 4 different employees help us out, all without masks. (There was a lot more staff then expected, however one of them was dancing to the music, which was great entertainment). Due to ordering at the till, instead of my phone...our order was not on the app system, thus causing them to forget our dessert. We had to ask for assistance, yet another time. To conclude, I was happy with my meal and had a nice time, however the lack of organisation worried me greatly with coronavirus still affecting this country. (note: from scanning the queing QR code till we left after our meal...was more than 3 hours)
