I bought 3 suitcases (ABS) from this company, after delivery which was within the lead time, I changed my mind and contacted the seller, asking if I can send them back for bigger sizes. placed an order, waited weeks but nothing arrived. sent multiple emails, no response. rang but no one answered and it said i couldn't leave a voicemail as voicemail was full!! had to contact paypal for a refund, thank God i paid thru them or id be kissing goodbye to my money. waste of time.
