The wonderful team especially Amanda is one of the greatest midwives, even though my wife fainted on her, she was still very calm, she said it happens, no problem, when she was going home at the end of her shift she hugged me, my wife and she said not to worry about anything. When the other midwife took over Amanda she was also very helpful she never let us down and that team is very dedicated, all the midwives are very helpful thanks to every single one whoever helped us. I am thankful to all these people even who opened the door for me thank you. Aman

I gave birth twice in this hospital. Booths experience were quite good, especially the second time. Charlie is an amazing midwife. Can’t even tell how much I thankful for her. She is a humble angel. She is kind, caring and very professional.

The midwives are great here but staff on the front desk are incredibly rude especially that black lady in the reception antenatal waiting area...the one that was there on 28/10/2020 at 2pm... you know who you are...stop talking to people as if they are stupid and stop with all the unnecessary attitude.

A manned reception would help so much - frustrating. Face to face care great but need to be able to speak to somone when calling for update on loved ones.
