Very disappointed. Bought 3 fences in the past so needed matching fences. Rang A & P but could not get through. Drove to their premises 35 min away. When I got there premises closed and was not allowed to go in. I managed to get someone out. I showed him a picture of the fences that I had bought and requested matching ones. I was promised that the 4 new ones would be the same. Today the fences came and they were different colours and the design was difference. When I rang no one picked up the phone. I had to keep them because I had paid someone to put them up. Very disappointed with this service. Also the prices had gone up by 5 per fence and delivery charges gone up 5 I wish I had got someone local as the fences did not match anyway. The fences would have been cheaper. Sorry A & P not a very good service. I would not recommend to anyone to them. I had to put 1 star otherwise I could not post . 0 star rather -5 star

Don't waste your time or money! Delivered rotten mouldy waney fence panels, poor craftsmanship, with rough wood and dangerously exposed nails! Andy at Lichfield very unprofessional and arrogant, with poorest customer service etiquette, as well as Richard at Garrett's Green.

After getting in contact with A and P fencing regarding postage they were extremely helpful at responding to my message and solving a querie. They safely delivered our panels within a week, wonderful quality and careful delivery. We have in total ordered 8 panels from A and P and have recommended to everyone. If your self isolating and wanting to improve your home while we are all trying to stay home and safe. These are great value too. Thank you guys x

Our great value, well made, fence panels and gravel boards were delivered yesterday. Every person whom I have spoken to at Garretts Green have been friendly and knowledge and the delivery driver went out of his way to help whilst adhering to social distancing protocol. I CANNOT fault A&P Fencing Will definitely not only be using again but will also recommend them far and wide.
