I'm not sure what is happening to the ER but when I took my husband to be seen the doctor refused to give him any pain meds or get him out of pain..my husband had hurt his back cleaning up after the storm and was literally having to crawl back into the house. When you have patients in excruciating pain n refuse treatment I term that medical negligence. We will be going to Memorial , which is where my husband works, from now on. Patients cannot recover if they are in pain and cannot sleep or relax to some degree. Also...what is up with the circus and wait times for BX pharmacy? I'm just totally disgusted with Keesler nowadays. I no longer trust them to take care of my husband or myself.

Such excellent, professional care and thoughtfulness is given to patients and their concerned family.

Worst medical center ever. Bedside manner is very \why are you bothering me?\ I had an MRI with contrast and ultrasound because of a tumor and some other issues and they did not call to tell me my results. (good ol' women's health). Acted once again like I was bothering them to come in and try and get my results. I won't even start about the ER. My baby was very ill and I had to take him to the Ocean Springs Hospital to get him medical care because they told me he was fine.

Have had to go to the ER twice since we've PCS'd here and had a horrible time. Always understaffed as well as horrible customer service. They don't seem to have any sympathy or understanding at all.

I can not say enough great things about this hospital. Being the wife of a retired naval officer I have had only positive positive things to say. The orthopedic department is fabulous; having had knee surgery there. The neurology clinic is the best I have seen in a military hospital even being short staffed for a while. Even the family care clinic has been awesome. I would recommend this hospital and it’s staff to anyone.
