Brilliant , I made a mistake when ordering they corrected it in moments. They were also a great help in making a suitable choice and very quick.

Fantastic customer service. First order arrived within a couple of days - very happy. Pump faulted after approx. 2 months, after a quick and painless call to Pondkeeper I had a replacement in my hands within 24hrs. No quibbling, a couple of very fair questions and then a replacement sent. Very fair prices and (despite the infant mortality of the pump) good quality kit.

Great customer service. Had an issue with a liner bought 5 years ago, called up and spoke to Nick who sent out a replacement the same day. Well recommended !

Bought a PondXpert Pond Skimmer Net: very good value shop and great customer service. The net is doing a good job at taking off duckweed from my pond.

I purchased a Ezypond plus pump and filter kit ,also a pond liner . The process went fine at time of purchase. I have an issue with my filter and Cannot seem to get any correspondence from the company . Tried info@pondkeeper, twitter ,face book messenger ,and of course numerous calls only to get an automated message. i may have better luck with carrier pigeon or smoke signals :(
