During the period that I used the storage I had no problem. I had help to put my things in my locker that was at the top. I've used it twice and recommend it. Lovely and extremely helpful staff (especially Charlie)

Best storage company I have ever encountered so far. Our charity was desperate for storage for massive healthcare equipment donations. We made online enquiries and Stephanie came to our rescue witnin 2hrs with fantastic proposal. She was friendly, very professional and eloquently explained all the realistic options available to us. We left their office with a sigh of relief as they offered us one of their free storage for local charities. They proved that sometimes business is not all about money but also giving back to the most vulnerable in communities one work in is a necessity. Highly recommended.
Booking the room was very easy and on the day it went quite smoothly as well. However, there were only two members trying to take all the phone calls and I had to wait quite a lot till I was able to checkin with them. The actual process was very smooth but the room I got was not symmetrical, one side was much thinner than the other making the storing quite difficult. It will be great if we have a picture of the room before hand so that we can see if we need a bigger room and they changed my room last minute which made me not able to put my luggage information. Student discount is really great! I also wish that there could be a closer to city center service for students only since many Oxford students do not have a car to be able to bring everything to the storage. Lovely service so far and very clean and very prepared for covid19 by having many hand sanitisers!
