Zach Borden and Christian Borden are a bunch of con artist with an active warrant out for his arrest. I fell victim to their scam as well as countless others. PLEASE BEWARE!!! They will seem really professional up until they collect your money...then they disappear. Zach has identified with this company as well as; ZD Borden Residential Grading and Drainage and Grade Pro. We have multiple police reports in various counties against ZACHARY DALE BORDEN and CHRISTIAN BORDEN.

Zach Bordens is a very unscrupulous contractor. Despite receiving a sizable deposit for a project, he did not show up on the agreed upon days and did not complete half of the work for which he was paid. When informed of the discrepancy between what was performed and what was promised, he became defensive, seemed to develop amnesia, and then attributed it to miscommunication. Several weeks elapsed. Nevertheless, he never came back to correct or complete the job and continued to demand more and more money. I ended up having to pay someone else to do it. I am not the only one who considers this guy a con artist. If you go to Facebook, you will see reviews from a person who paid him for dirt that he never delivered and another from someone he stiffed on rental fees. Homeowners and companies that allow people to rent equipment should both beware. This guy is bad business.
!!!DO NOT DO BUSINESS OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Borden rented equipment through us at Chipper LLC Equipment rental, and did not pay for his rental and attempted to give the homeowner and us the run around. The homeowner had to pay for the full rental in order to avoid us placing a mechanics lien on his property. Zachary Borden abandoned the homeowner and destroyed our grapple and parts of our equipment, as he is not an experienced operator. Unless you'd like to be placed in a court battle as the homeowner, I'd advise choosing another company. They do not pay for the equipment they rent and take your money and leave you with the mechanics lien.
He is a thief and a conman. Do not do business with zack ever!!
