Our shutter got caught on our shop door and came off the main drum at one end last night. We secured the shutter enough to drop it down and called RSS at 19:30hrs, to our surprise they not only answered but also agreed to send to Engineers out at 08:00hrs the next day. The Engineers arrived at 08:00hrs and fixed the shutter within one hour. Great service, very professional and cheerful lads /Engineers, very reasonable costs too. Definitely will be using these guys again, but hopefully under better circumstances for ourselves.
