Very friendly service and the food was good. We had the spicy kofte and the aubergine kofte. Very reasonably priced and it was a quiet spot for dinner.

In Kervan Ocakbasi you can eat delicious Turkish foods specially Turkish kebabs with the great staff! It is near to Tophane Tram Station in Kılıç Ali Paşa Mescidi Sokak. In the last trip to Istanbul, my parents and I stayed 10 days in this city, and we ate dinner for 7 nights in Kervan Ocakbasi! The price was completely reasonable. That was a great experience. Thank you dear Ferhat and dear Fatih for your amazing hospitality. We will definitely come back to Kervan Ocakbasi whenever we go to Istanbul again.
