This review is based on my purchase on Amazon & my direct contact with this seller. First time that I am writing a negative review for a seller. I purchased the wrong size jewelry boxes & requested a replacement or refund through Amazon customer service (for a third party seller). Please note that when I initially contacted Amazon - it was within the return period. The Amazon customer service rep never told me it was over thirty days. The first two correspondence to seller via Amazon - no response from seller. By the third inquiry from Amazon customer service - seller responded that request to return was made over 30 days so they would not send me a return label. BTW, I contacted "888" directly to attempt to resolve this situation. I was open to a replacement (for bigger size jewelry boxes) in lieu of a refund. Seller declined this request & instead sent me an email to pay for return label or keep item. I was planning to start a jewelry business which is why I was purchasing jewelry boxes from different vendors. 888 Display USA just lost business from a potential loyal customer!!!! I will never order from this company directly or through Amazon.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Great and patient people to work with. I highly recommend getting your jewelry displays here. Don't listen to the naysayers in the comments. They are very reasonable staff and will help you understand something if you're confused.

No star for them. Terrible customer service. Not allowed to exchange anything. I come here as a business client and wanted to exchange something that I accidentally got the wrong size of. It was only a few days ago because I don't always go to Manhattan. I didn't even open the item. If I opened the item or used it, I would understand. I didn't even want to return the item, just an exchange for the size I wanted. Just realized I got the wrong size when I came home. They know that I bought from their store but they refuse to exchange without a receipt. Never buy from this store again. I just shake my head at the kind of customer service they provide. I've been buying from them since they were in a previous location and I never returned a single thing. I also go to most stores around there and all of them offer better customer service.

I've had nothing but good experience, customer service, and reliable and speedy service with them. Their prices are competitive, they are honest about how they do business with you, and don't have any complaints. Customer service is good, punctual, and polite. I highly recommend anyone interested in their services to give them a try, you will be pleased just like me.

GREAT place to shop around when it comes for the BEST DISPLAYS u want to buy and show it off in your own store. And when it comes for help, Customer service are very reliable. They understand your concern and try their best to help u out. U cant even get tired of it they have a huge variety of displays and everything u can think of. And If u ever feel like not going all the way to the city, dont even worry about it! They have an online service which is perfect!. So yeah! I will DEFINITELY COME BACK SOON!
