Super unfriendly and disrespectful receptionists. Doctor Silke was very nice and professional but unfortunately I can not come back after several very bad experiences in the reception, including one time where the receptionist did not believe me when I said I had a Termin, as it was not registered in the system, treating me with disrespect and being 0 helpful. After a few minutes I actually found the paper her colleague gave me with the date and time of the appointment, which was the time and date I came and still the receptionist told me well then I guess someone forgot to enter it in the system but now you gotta request a new one and we only have available in one month....I didn't hear once an apology from her.

I think the praxis needs a better rating. The patients who leave bad reviews are in acute pain so they can't be bothered with minor waiting times. Dr. Thieleman was recommended to me for a hand injury and she did her job well and quick. The staff was reasonably nice. The waiting times, in my case, we're short. I'd come again

People who are giving low rating do not have real expirience, and wrong expectations that is not Notfall or Rettungstelle. But I highly recommend this Praxis because I have the best experience. It is really heavy to find good Doc in Berlin. I have there 3 Doc giving the best tretman in Berlin. It was hard to find someone who will really take you and treat your hands, foot, shoulder or anything else.

I have three Doctors in this Praxis. For foot Dr. Heizinger, for hands Dr. Tanja Thielman and for shoulder one more. I hardly recommend this praxis because I always got the best tretment. I am living in Berlin more than 15 years. I can say that i was looking and looking for a long time to find team of really good Praxis. And finally I found this place. And on 4 floor is Physothrpie which I hardly recommend. You get appointment really fast and only professional and the best Doc you can find in Berlin.
