Our 12 year old son attended Zugzwang's Fluid Intelligence summer program this year. What drew me to this course is its focus on building a child's core thinking competencies through a combination of interest-sustaining methods involving chess, math puzzle solving and programming. My son enjoyed the six weeks program delivered online. Zugzwang helped kindle enough interest that he continued working on chess and programming even after course hours. Finally, I can see a discernible positive difference in the way my son now approaches math and other reasoning problems. The summer school has helped lay a good foundation and my son looks forward to continuing with the Fluid Intelligence course through the rest of the year.

We highly recommend Zugzwang academy for the online chess and coding classes. We had enrolled our 6 year old for chess summer camp and our 9 year old for coding summer camp in the vacations. They learnt a lot and had a lot of fun. The teachers were professional and friendly, and were always ready to clarify doubts. Teachers are friendly and understand what a student needs. There is a very good communication between the student and the teacher. Your child will surely learn and grow under proper guidance wether it is Rubik's cube, chess, coding or anything else. All over a very good institute.

Our 9 year old son was part of the summer camp 2020. Through the entire camp, he stayed super excited and motivated. The faculty at Zugzwang is to be credited with maintaining such appreciable levels of engagement and motivation. The content was rich and delivery flawless. In having listened to a few of the classes, how I wish we had similar teachers to learn from. My son has now picked up a keen interest in chess and spends a fair bit of time everyday playing. Considering he never used to play prior to the camp, this speaks to the impression the camp has made on him. We are enrolling him for the weekend classes with the academy. Bharath also took the time during the camp, to provide us with his observations on our son. These will prove to be extremely valuable for us in planning for the future. Each week we would switch around between topics to build a better base. From there, questions would become more complex and we would learn more ways to solve them. This helped me understand harder problems that would come up in school as well as strategize how to move forward In a given problem. For example, what to look for, what to solve, etc. I was part of the Brilliant Minds Program for 2 years.
