Perhaps ,the best Kerala meal I have ever had in bangalore.a wide range of menu to choose from and each of them ( so far whatever we tasted) are tasty to the utmost...well, almost all. The curry meen was definitely the top of the food chain to lead with. Backing up with the crab masala and the neer dosa . The fries were also good , and papads came as complimentary for us. Yes, u have exclusive parking for bekal. Sound funny, right ? But people who have been at the thippasandra knows how important it is. A peace if mind to fill up your stomach to its maximum capacity. The owner was generous enough to cater our order with the Instructions of not using coconut oil for us. PORK dishes are also available , but it's not there in the menu. And the price !! U won't believe.chk out of my photos of the bill .

Recently visited this restaurant and tried out a few dish. It was a very disappointing experience over all the only good thing was the appam’s. The appams were very well prepared. The curries were below average for the price. I tried out three seafood dishes and all three were equally disappointing & the chicken dish was very average. Never try out seafood from this restaurant the place is only good for meals and a few other items. They’ve had some quality in the past now the quality has really dropped low.

Really good place for Kerala dishes, have seen not so easy to spot place while passing through Jeevan Bhima Nagar numerous; decided to walk-in for breakfast today. Ordered for Idiyappam, Appam and Dosa along with Green Peas Curry and Egg Roast. All items were fresh and tasty. The restaurant is adequately spaced and can host around 30 people at a time. Place is kept clean and neatly designed. We even took Kerala Porotta & Beef Fry as take away! Parking is there in the building right next to the hotel or you can even park in the inside lanes of the road.

Really late to discover Bekal ! Awesome food and good ambience. The service is pretty good. Loved their neer dosas n porottas, fresh and delicious. If you are up for some Kerala food in and around Jeevanbhima Nagar, Bekal is highly recommended.
