They are fraud people 1.\tVery Bad experience for me, in case the machine came no warranty tag , no manufacturer seal & Safety measures & no working manual guide , machine quality also very poor ( They have to used rejected alloys ) Totally waste for money 2.\tDon’t Buy it , ( Purchased the machine 28 August 2019)Machine stop automatically , I informed to the machine dealer, he is not responding properly & not resolved the issue. After 25 days they have to take for machine servicing , but still the issue going on ( with in ½ hour stoped & automatic & several minute’s ) Free machine service option not available 3.\tEMI options not available , The machine cost is very high to comparing other vendors ( Apart from that other machine dealer ready to give very less cost and good quality in Bangalore only , here RS 2.1 L (single die) Including GST) Machine service also very bad , 4.\tMachine hydraulic cylinder not working properly , with one month we changed 3 to 4 cylinder , but machine efficiency & Machine productivity not targeted as per that our requirements 5.\tBuy back option totally Fake , they are not giving productivity continually ,At least u have to make the productivity around 8000/ pcs ( 10 Hrs) they are committed 20k / Day 6.\tAutomatic die paper cutting option not working properly and die set also changed three times with in the 40days.
