I ha ve used Robert Michael a couple of times over the last 10 years and have never had anything less than A1 service. I originally used them as my parents bought and sold through them some 30 plus years ago, they are a long standing and well regarded business in the local community. I’m not someone who is easily impressed, however I give credit where credit is due and I would not hesitate to recommend Dean and his team for both estate agency and rentals having had personal experience of both sides of the business. Keep up the good work!

Amazing service very friendly and professional and will always go out of their way to help you the best they can. When I moved into my flat the previous tenants hadn’t had the carpets cleaned or the oven cleaned so they had this done ASAP the also had the hallway walls painted as there were a lot of scuffs from previous tenants. On leaving the flat they returned my full deposit even though there were a few scuffs to the walls and explained it was general wear and tear. To the guy with the review terrible review about deposit back... it is stipulated in your contract that the carpets and oven has to be PROFESSIONALLY Cleaned as do contracts for all their tenants and if this isn’t done then the fee for hiring people to do this WILL be taken from your deposit... that is why they take a deposit. This is not a reflection on them as estate agents and are in forcing the contract for the properties they are leasing on behalf of other people. As said above they are professional, friendly and all around lovely people. Would and do recommend them to everyone!
