I spoke with a person by the name of Thomas and ordered my food. He told me it would be a 30 min wait which I understood. 1 hour and 15 min later her told me not only was the food not ready but it was door dash orders that had slowed the process. i showed up in person and this is how i was treated. i wouldn't recommend my family or friends visit this place as i found out how little i meant to their business. I hope that they can find better ethical practices for their business but I havent been convinced yet.

I was told a 30 min wait and ended up being 1 hour and 15 min until my food was actually ready. The Manager didn't want to hear what I had to say so I would not recommend this place for anyone of my friends due to their lack of customer service skills. The food was okay I guess ordered enchiladas and I was given something that was not enchiladas and for a place called the puluseria the pupusa's where 1 star at best if I being generous overall bad place bad customer service bad food would not recommend

After strolling through Costco across the ways, my husband and I were ravenous. I remembered seeing this pupuseria across the street when we pulled into Costco and figured why not check it out? NO REGRETS AT ALL. We got a pupusa loca and also a flan. Turns out they were out of flan so we got a bread pudding and castedella instead—and boy am I glad I got knocked off my usual choice because now I know how delicious these desserts both are!! Moist delicious and caramel-y pudding. Soft and corny and cheesy sweet castedella. (Apologies if I’m spelling things wrong). Then came the pupusa which we liberally topped with the delicious pickled veg/slaw and their red salsa. So hot, fresh, and tasty. Definitely want to come down here again just to stop by and get more pupusa!!

Food is good but I don’t order often since it takes about an hour to get your food.
