Never have I felt the need to write a review on Google, but the front desk receptionist was completely unhelpful and refused to do her job. I gave the wrong insurance card at my appointment and when I called to give the correct one she said she couldn't do that and I'd have to make a payment plan. I explained that the card has been active for several months prior to my appointment, I just had the wrong card at the time of my appointment and she wouldn't listen to me and refused to take the info of the card I meant to give. I hung up and called back to hopefully get someone else who would do their job and she apparently notified billing without telling me. I got in contact with billing today and he took the card and everything was fine. She simply refused to do her job correctly and I really don't want to go back if talking to someone at the front desk is going to extremely unhelpful.

Well I cut my shin open and couldn’t tell if it needed stitches or not. Just to be safe I decided to visit Super Track urgent care. When I arrived I was very pleased to see it was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff was friendly and responsive. I was treated promptly and sent on my way. Couldn’t have been a better experience. Thank you guys again!

Great experience. Very caring staff. I'm so blessed to have gone to this place. Thank you for taking such great care of me. I have had my surgery at the hospital I'm on my road to recovery i will be back for any urgent care needs in my future

Good office for cyst removal by Dr Shanholtzer. Operation was 98% pain free even when the cyst was bigger and deeper than originally thought. It was my first cyst removal and I will be getting more done in the future with how great the expierence was.

Very nice place. Staff friendly , professional and efficient. I was seen by physician in a short amount of time. I was pleased with my visit. I really liked the doctor. I have never been to an urgent care facility so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly pleased. I will go there again if I need.
