Easy enough process to go in for a knowledge exam. Good social distancing and sanitizing. However, receptionist was rude to me and short with me despite me having just arrived and only being there for a maximum of 10 minutes. It was also unprofessional for front staff to speak about a different customer/student unkindly after they had left while other customers/test takers were in the vicinity.
