This place is the best car repair shop I’ve been to in a long time. Jason updated with the status of my repair until it was finished. The repair cost did not exceed the original estimate and I really felt like a high end auto repair shop was handling everything very professionally. They even had a great deal on rental cars to use while my car was being serviced. I dropped my car off and within 5 mins I had a nice rental car at a way better price than most rental car companies in the area. Drop your car off, they’ll call you with an estimate and they’ll tell you what repairs must be done and which ones you can wait on having done. All while having the convenience of an on site rental car office. Extremely convenient. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a good price and good customer service.
Jason was fantastic to work with! He was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. He also kept me apprised of progress during the time they had my vehicle. I felt well taken care of and they are reasonably priced. They have a returning customer in me.
Incredibly courteous, professional, and called and followed up exactly when they said they would. Upon evaluation of the problem, they promptly called and explained all the options and the costs, and even offered to work with my insurance company to get everything done in the fastest time possible. I also received shuttle service to take me to work after j dropped off my car in the morning. All around, a great experience and I would definitely take my car there again. Highly recommend!
Paul and Jason are excellent to work with: they are very personable and after only a couple visits, you feel more like acquaintances than customers. They run a very efficient process that makes the experience top notch. We bring all our family cars to A & M and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
