Service was perfect, and friendly .We were at the door at our time . I sat in socially distanced seat , for maybe 30 sec. Was called by name up and taken care of. Perfect!!!

I was able to get an actual same day appt. at a reasonable time. But, as usual the person helping me was unable to focus on just my transaction. 2 pm appt I left at 2:44.
The employees did not move very fast as usual. 4 stars only because they did a good job being safe. They only let the person cunducting business in. I went in for a min with son before having to wait outside. Lots of people at the wrong branch. If you are not on there list on clipboard you don't enter.
Fast safe and super friendly. I did not think it was a DMV. The workers were smiling and super nice. I had multiple transactions and questions and got everything done in 5 minutes. I always run across odd stuff in my dealings and they were able to answer all my questions. Best experience ever at a Secretary of State office. I have dealt with DMVs in MI OH PA and NC and this beat them all. During covid so many people have been stressed dealing with the public and all the changes. All the workers there did not ruin their mood.
I was able to make my appointment online the day before on Tuesday 8am for Wednesday 9:30 AM. Made it a little early, waited outside for less than minute for a staff member to come for me as the doors are locked. Was not overly busy, had three staff members working the desk. Handled my business and was out within 30 minutes. I actually like this way that the Secretary Of State is going about conducting business, because the old way is absolutely maddening with the crazy long wait times.
