Disgusting attitude to peoples needs, left with one double bed for 2 adults and 2 children, staff got us a single mattress which had what looked like a blood stain on it. I personally had about 1 and a half hours sleep on an overnight journey that took 9 hours. We weren't alone with the problems 2 young children travelling alone were left with no cabin and in tears as they had wouldn't accept cash to buy food. Credit to the staff who seemed used to being in these situations which only angers me more when I think about it.

Lovely first experience of travelling by ferry to Belfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. The cabins were clean, spacious and comfortable. Very quick and easy check in with plenty of luggage and no hassle about carrying liquids etc. Plane journey is much faster but ferry is far more pleasant. Would recommend night ferry for travelling to Belfast and will definitely use ferry travel in future. Well done Stena Line.

The drive on to board was well organised and staff were very friendly. Tea an coffee facilties are available. Breakfast an lunch is reasonably priced. I didn't eat from the restaurant so I've no idea about quality of food but on other stena trips it was great an I'd recommend the Thai Green Curry for lunch..

I use the ferry to Ireland a lot as part of my work. The check ins are quick and easy and most have your tickets and document ready before you have pulled up to the kiosk. Depending on the amount of freight on the sail it can take a while to get boarded but the workers are well rehearsed and get you on and parked up smoothly. My only gripe was the cost prices are higher this time of year for holiday traffic but there was not much evidence of holiday travellers. I did book in advance but there seems to be space available on most sailings.

Travelling for work. Have never been on a crossing so empty, this is due to the current lockdown. All facilities open, apart from the children's play area & the bar serving alcohol, however you can get alcohol with a meal in the restaurant.
