Left my car in for a service and found the customer service to be excellent. Dealt with Brian who was very efficient. Also I feel I need to mention Jim who dropped me off and collected me once the car was sorted. Superb service from him.

Not a bad spot if you are looking new or used Mini. Staff are always helpful. I have had lots of things go wrong with my 2015 Mini. Not one of them big but still annoying when put together. On more than one occasion the car has had to go back to get thing put right. What should have been done properly the 1st time round. This is not all Mini's fault I may add, as on two occasion it was Isaac Agnews Body Repairs. That got things wrong on the two occasion the car was with them. It had to go back so they could put things right, note this is where your Mini will go for warranty paint repairs. I must say that all the times I have had the car over with Mini. They have been helpful to the point they will go out of their way to give you 100% customer satisfaction.
