Very mixed eperiences here. I think they get too many students so can be a bit blase and unprofessional at times. The lady who greets you in the lobby is really wonderful but the rest of the staff aren't so polite or kind. I was harassed and my privacy was violated by some junior office intern trying to hard sell me an unwanted financial product whilst I used the ATM. I made a formal complaint to head office and received no response. At the time when I challenged him, the 'manager' (Jo) made me feel like I was in the wrong; funny place.

I've been with this bank for 30 years and I am disgusted with it's current service. You can no longer call your own branch, but instead are re-directed to a customer service line. Waited over 40 minutes today in a holding queue before I literally lost the will to live. Modern banking - you can stick it where the sun doesn't shine!!

I was received by a young staff with wounded finger, he was so enthusiastic trying to help me with my traveler's check inquiry. Even after knowing that they don't sell travelers' check, he still patiently asked a senior colleague of him to help me whether I have other method to replace traveler's check. Anyway it was a great experience and also the first time I step into Bank of Ireland. They left me the best expression I've ever had in any of the banks I've visited not only in UK. Wish your finger can recover soon xD

Big thanks to Michael and Ryan who work at this branch. I've been dealing with Bank of Ireland for 20 years, and these two guys are outstanding for customer service.
