I asked for a garden gate made and delivered. I sent the details through as it was bespoke. He ensured he would be able to make it for me. I rang two or three times a week for three weeks, and even arranged one day for delivery but it did not arrive. I rang once more and he told me he didn’t have time to make it. Very disappointing.
