Have been to this shop before and found a particular member of staff unhelpful to the point of rudeness. However needing basic haberdashery items and nowhere else in town to buy them visited again - same lady was very abrupt, no pleases or thank yous!!! Whilst things are difficult at present due to Covid it doesn't cost to display good manners and would encourage customers to return. I won't be going back!

Good store
Found it unkind of them to close 15 minutes early knowing we were rushing to get there before closing to get something urgently needed for tomorrow. The lady I spoke to could have warned me and saved me a wasted trip & disappointed small child.
