I had booked a \fit it for me service\ for my brake discs and pads, unfortunately there were some problems and I had to phone ECP to help sort them out. I spoke with Sam and I can honestly say I have never met a more helpful person. He went out of his way to ensure I got the problem resolved and even found me another garage to fit the items for me. Sam could have just refunded me and let me be on my way but he didn't. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent customer service. Many thanks Sam!!!
