Darryl and Beck Games are first class all the way. I was searching craigslist one evening and found a machine I was interested in, made an inquiry and found Darryl at Beck, he explained to me the machine I was inquiring about was about to be shown to another family in a few days, I offered to buy it right then and there over the phone, Darryl was not interested since he mention this particular machine to another family that was coming in to see it. A true professional. The other family that came into his shop was not interested in that machine and Darryl called me right away, I bought the machine sight unseen, I went by Darryl’s description, now the best part. I live over 6 hours away from him but was willing to travel up to get it, Darryl suggested “Fast Eddie” as a known deliver guy, we arranged Delivery through Eddie, my machine showed up wrapped in moving pads and shrink wrap. It played better than expected. If you need delivery please do not hesitate or be skeptical if you hear the name Fast Eddie - super nice guy and helped me get this machine in my basement- oh an I forgot to mention Eddie is 73 years old, I think I made a new friend. Great transaction all around.... will shop at Beck again... Thank you Darryl and “Fast Eddie”

The technician was on time, super knowledgeable and friendly. Their pricing is fair and very reasonable. They do not charge 150 per hour like other companies ! I would highly recommend them for all your arcade needs!
Darren and Beck Games are THE BEST. My Arcade1Up machine had a defective button, and he had it fixed almost as soon as it was in the shop. I get the feeling that he can fix just about anything video-game or pinball-related. If your game needs servicing or you want to rent some games for a party or event, this is the place to go. Thank you Darren!
Recently purchased an arcade machine from Beck Games. Super helpful throughout the entire process and caused no damage to the machine or house during delivery. Very helpful on the phone with service questions and their employees know their stuff. Would recommend them to anyone!
These guys are Great! Darren and his crew were able to fix an old pin ball machine we thought was hopeless. It works so well now, that none of us have seen my husband in two weeks :) But we can hear the dings and dongs of the machine from our basement so we think he's fine! Thank you Darren, Steve (both of them) and Al for doing such an excellent job with his Christmas present, he is so happy to have it working again.
