I had the best experience from start to finish purchasing my vehicle today. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I even got a send-off from everyone when I left in my new vehicle! My buying experience at Mills GM was easy from start to finish! I wanted a particular truck and Josh Erdmann, the salesman, found the exact truck I wanted. Mills GM worked out a dealer trade; Josh and I worked out a fair price, added the accessories I wanted ( Line-X bed liner, tonneau cover, floor mats, and mud flaps ), and Ben in finance got the paperwork ready. I signed a few papers and drove my new GMC Sierra home! I've bought three trucks from Mills GM and will always go back when I need the next one. Friendly and Fair; that's Mills GM!

Elliot did a fantastic job keeping me informed however, with my van being there 3 days didn’t fix the issue it was brought in for. They did fine 2 major issues at the beginning but I still have the whistle the whole35 minute Drive home. This is my 4th van and taking the dog house off and searching does require 2 people to find where it’s coming from. Both do not need to be the tech. Almost 1200.00 and still have the whistle. Im still frustrated

I went back to Mills for the second time and worked with Troy this time around. Troy was wonderful from start to finish! He responded to my emails, calls and texts right away and made buying my second Yukon from Mills so easy! Everyone at Mills treats you very well and they do an excellent job of taking care of you. My wife and I both agreed that we had the best experience ever, while car shopping at Mills GM, hands down. Upon arrival we were able to walk around and browse without someone running out to greet with the typical sales pitch. When we entered the building the door was held for us to enter, and greeted by a very polite, friendly, personable, and professional sales man named Ryan who treated us like king and queen, without any pressure to buy. A pleasant surprise for us feeling like his intent was solely on seeing us have a great time there, car or not. The same can be said of all the staff we encountered there. The manager, top notch, and also expressed concern to only us having a great time there. I have to add that that facility was cleaned to a degree that was unparalleled. The tile floor had a flawless shine that made me think this place should be giving out slippers inside the door, as well as sunglasses. I'm like most people, only write a review when I had very good experience, or a very bad experience. Fortunately for us, ours was the former. Had a great day, treated like royalty, and left there with a very nice car that was actually exactly like it's online representation. I will be back, and would recommend highly, something quite rare by me as I am very picky.
