So excited to receive my orchids from Louisiana Orchid Connection. They came quickly and in great condition. LOC has such a unique catalog of plants and John is so knowledgeable. His presentation at our society's virtual orchid show emphasized the depth of his understanding of Malagasy orchids including breeding. I was pleasantly surprised that a couple of the orchids I received were still in bloom and were so carefully packaged that the blooms lasted all the way to New England. I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely wonderful seller, customer service, and preservation group. Their flasks always have a huge number of plants, everything they sell is extremely healthy when it arrives.
A HUGE disappointment. Probably one of the greater collections of species orchids online, I was so excited to place things in my basket (5 items). I placed my order, and within 48 hours, I receive a text that I had been refunded the amount of the order. Confused, I went into my email to see if there were any communications. Sure enough, there was an email from the owner, stating that he refunded my order because he was not comfortable sending me DORMANT plants . . . let that sink in: A dormant plant was deemed not suitable for shipping, when dormancy is the most IDEAL time to ship a plant, especially the kind I bought. So, frustrated, I responded and kindly requested he please reconsider and reverse this action, as I really didn’t mind receiving dormant plants, since I knew what I was buying. After 9 days, still NO RESPONSE. I cannot believe how terrible the customer service is to not even reach out to me before just cancelling an order for a fake reason as dormancy concerns. Sad.
