We have an old Bateson trailer, any time I need to contact them regarding spares (ramp seals/hydraulic arms etc) the guys in the parts team have been nothing short of outstanding! Nothing is too much bother, very economic with pricing and super fast delivery. They are superb!

just dealt with Dylan for some replacement parts for a bateson trailer. quick service, polite and helpful and also cheap which is rare for aftersales in a company like this. Many thanks guys, will be adding batesons to our IW fleet!!
Will not be buying another Bateson trailer again!!! After waiting 6-7 weeks for this to be built it was suppose to turn up with barn doors but was a completely different design (wasn’t made aware)it’s turned up with rusty trailer electrics which fell apart after couple days using it. All the sides are not straight as you can see from the pictures the jockey wheels wouldn’t take any weight at all and started to collapse.The side adjustments are bent! And after paying 5,000 grand for this trailer I went back to the people I brought it from (warrior trailers LTD) to get all this sorted ordered in December received February and still now in June only some of the problems have been fixed but I had to complete this my self with them only supplying the bits and I asked for some sort of compensation to be told they would only take the whole trailer back which with using it everyday is not an option i would lose so much more money I would then have to sort out ordering again from Ifor Williams for another 12 week wait VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
