Vivid are disorganised they do not work as a team, each person you speak to in the organisation has a different story to tell. Nearly all staff appear to be managers, but nobody seems to manage anything. The Towers in Oakridge has been covered in scaffolding for almost a year, the inconvenience to the Tenants is beyond belief with all the work being done (for our own safety) Grenfell Towers being the excuse, so once again they are covering their own backs.During the endless upset for Tenants, they have left the inside of peoples flats damaged there has been a Tenant with water running down her walls which is a Health and Safety issue but they cannot do anything about repairs until May 9th and the administration of the building now gives one the impression of living in a prison. Our flats are no longer considered our homes they are just living accommodation owned by Vivid and we should jolly well do as we are told. Vivid should learn that respect has to be earned it just does not come with dictatorship. The photos are damp patches which have come through my ceiling and ruined the painting that I paid for, no reason has been given for what it is that has seeped through, it is not water.

After previously leaving a 5-star review due to how excellent the sales team were after only one month of living as a VIVID tenant I have had to change it to a 1 star. The reason for this is that VIVID dont provide any suitable level of aftercare once you have brought a property off them. We have issues that have been going on longer than 6 months now and even after calling their customer services non stop over the last month we still have left issues. VIVID has made it very clear that they do not care about you once you have purchased a property from them. In conclusion, VIVID do not care about you and do not wish to put in any time or effort into aftercare for their customers. And I am fed up constantly chasing vivid to have the simplest things done.

The response to our laky bath was very good. The assistant was lovely and arranged a repair the next day. The plumber was a really nice guy and did the job quickly and efficiently, not perfectly finished hence four stars but quite good.

Zoe Compton from Vivid helped us buy our shared ownership in Basingstoke. We've exchanged and are waiting for completion on notice, but Zoe and Vivid were so helpful getting us to exchange, especially when we hit a hiccup. All through the process things were explained well and made clear, and Zoe was quick to reassure us and answer any questions. Ive recommended shared ownership through Vivid to friends and family as a result.
