We had a great dinner. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and accommodating, the food was delicious and we were received as friends. What a nice way to start our stay in Basel. The staff and the manager are super nice, friendly and professional. Made sure they knew my likes and dislikes. Very considerate. Must try it

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. We first had some trouble to find some dishes for the kids (we have picky children) but in the end there were a lot of options as we could pick anything from the menu. We even added some dishes for the kids while we were eating, and it arrived very quickly.

We had a work event at Viertelkreis and rented it out just for us. Hence, we had a set vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu. Food: We started with a mushroom arachino accompanied with a savoury light mushroom sauce and fresh herbs. A wonderful surprisingly light start to our meal. It was followed by a filet of salmon perfectly cooked and surrounded by thinly sliced fennel bedded on a sweet potato mousse. As a main we were served a mouthwatering juicy lamb fillet and a stacked potato and beetroot ratatouille. This was followed by a variety of savoury cheeses and chocolate mousse as well as tiramisu in a small pot as dessert. We experienced a fresh, tasty and well balanced meal. Staff: Amazing and efficient. Lovely and attentive at all times. Tanja made me a lovely variation of a Lady Old Fashioned which I enjoyed at lot. The service was flexible and very accommodating. Overall: Good food, good wine, very nice staff, good location.

The best wine I've had all year, from Tuscany (and this includes actually being in Tuscany). The trout was perfect, melt in your mouth with a delicate and tangy sauce. Baby potatoes slightly underdone but a minor thing. Perfect espresso, smooth not bitter, to round out the meal. Fantastic service and cozy atmosphere. Great for work colleagues, friends or date night.
