I recently went to see Jennifer Hensley as a dermatologist, the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. As I went in to see the Dr. Hensley, I mentioned that I was taking antibiotics for my acne after I went to a different dermatologist for a second opinion. After I mentioned that, Dr. Hensley gave off a huge attitude, after I had explained I would like to stay with her for my treatment, but she continued to be extremely rude towards us. I would not recommend her, and I will not be seeing her again.

This place was great. Very professional, great doctor, amazing staff..I had a 7 balance Got a call that I owed that, previously paid my balance at my next appointment, wasn't an issue. Got a letter in July saying I could no longer go to them because of my unpaid 7 balance. My appointment was the next month, didn't think it would be an issue to pay at my next appointment like I had done before. So while I'd love to go back, and continue with my treatment, I now have to find someone else and start treatment over again

Wow. What nice and pleasant staff. From the lady who answered the phone all the way to the dr who took care of me. I believe her name was Stephanie. I have had horrible luck with the medical profession, specifically dermatologists treating me horribly. To the point that I rarely ever go to the doctor, like at all. Ever. That's how bad it was. I had a suspicious mole that was hurting and I needed to get it checked out. I call to make an appt and the girl who answered the phone was super thorough, extremely pleasant and upbeat and sweet yet professional. I even told her as much. Already a good start. So I go to my appt, and the office itself is absolutely stunning and luxurious AF. The uber naturally gorgeous front desk lady could not be nicer. Her eyebrows were fricken perfect. Anyhow. Nurse comes to get me, shes also adorable and unbelievably nice and kind and on top of her game. Doc comes in and shes absolutely stunning from head to toe. Its like I'm in a gosh darn modeling agency. The dr is super attentive, very warm and super kind and friendly and genuinely concerned. She treated me like an old friend or someone she had known for years, which I really appreciate. She told me what she was gonna do, and the cost up front before she did anything. She kept asking me if I was ok, she also explained thoroughly everything she was gonna do and what I would feel. It was super quick and painless. One of the absolute best experiences I have ever had at a drs office. I left there feeling so darn good because of how I was treated. Thank you all so very much. You have no idea how far a little kindness goes, and you have no idea how many people have gone out of their way to be nasty to me for no reason for the past 10 years. I lost over 150 lbs and ever since women especially have been super nasty. Especially nurses and medical professionals. If you actually read this, thank you.

This is the place to be if you need any skincare check ups. If you are at all nervous you are immediately put at ease by the kind staff. The doctors and nurse practitioners and front desk are amazing...i love this place!

Derick Dermatology was absolutely wonderful. I made the mistake of forgetting to sign the papers they were very patient and walked my wife through all the paperwork to get it done very quick very fast so we can continue our appointment I am very happy and appreciate everything they have done for us
