Nice park, Took my cub scouts here for a pack meeting. Very clean, but we were able to work on world conservation project. Enjoyable and well kept.

I love to fish and I was excited to try this place. So I put my chum pipe in the water and out of nowhere I got at least six sunfish!

Nice trail around the lake. Very open and well maintained.

This is pleasant park for walking or running around the small lake. I have been told that you can fish here, but I don’t know if it’s worth fishing here. The trees nearest the lake are young, so there isn’t any shade. It’s in a flood plane so it might be muddy. If the city keeps up with maintenance, this will probably be a great park when the trees are more mature. It doesn’t have play equipment however it’s a good place to let dogs swim and is next to Cooper Dog Park.
