My 6 year old had a curious spot on her leg that needed to be checked. Dr. Bailey was so sweet and in tune with my daughter’s quiet emotions during the entire check up. All is well and we will definitely be back for yearly and bi-yearly check ups! Great service!

I had a great experience at Derick Dermatology. Checking in with Amy, meeting medical assistant Ashley and Bailey Ellington FNP. Bailey took her time, explaining what she would be doing, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Every one that I met in the office was friendly and professional. After my visit, I joined and logged in to their portal system. I was impressed how timely the office staff was, getting back to me when emailed some questions. I would highly recommend Derick Dermatology and Bailey Ellington.

My family and I have been very happy customers/patients of this practice with years of great patient care. Today I had a different experience. It is interesting how one individual and one bad experience can influence you. I called to request more refills on a script and no one got back to me, which is okay, it happens. So I called back the following morning and they got back to me in the afternoon. On the call, Gaby told me they could not add refills without a doctor visit. I guess thats okay, and I understand procedure but she went on to lecture me on when I was told to schedule a visit with a specialist, what day and what doctor. She apparently was going through the lab notes while on the call. Her facts were wrong,but her drive to insure me that this was my mistake was infuriating! She interrupted me several times during what should have been an easy call. She needs some training. This is a good practice and these are difficult times, I get that. I cannot help but think if that simple call could push someone to be that argumentative with a patient, that person probably does not have the right temperament to interface with customers.
