Tarka Trail is a beautiful, flat and safe cycle route along the estuary from Barnstaple. We almost made it to Bideford and back (25km) and stopped at the café at Framlington and had lunch at Instow. The bikes were solid and were easy the reserve in advance. Friendly service.
