Unfortunately can not do a true report on this reserve as it was freezing cold and blowing a gale . But from what I saw it's probably a lovely place for a nice walk with some great wildlife. We did enjoy the walk and got to see a few things . On the down side place took some finding as ended up parking in a layby

Nice open space just off the Tarka Trail near Yelland. The marsh is bordered by SW Coastal Path to the west and Home Farm Marsh to the east.

Great walk, but not really signposted so we weren't sure if we were there or not

A natural salt marsh that is often missed by tourists visiting North Devon. Important roosting area for Curlew and whimbrel. Also a good chance of seeing osprey and spoonbill.

Curlews calling on the estuary, skylark calling above the meadow. What a great place.
