I use pharmacy, 5 star service and seem to stock everything, vital at minute as I don't want to visit more than once for same script.

Pleasant, had a short wait at pharmacy.
I walked today into the shop to buy a face moisture and I had to wait about 5 min at the desk to pay. Then an assistant came to the till (was an old lady with red hair color) and ask me to step back because she was with another man. Then she asked me for the boots card and payment almost shouting at me like if she was fed up with everything. Don’t really understand that people like that can work as customer assistant, specially in Boots, where I always buy my cosmetics and never had an experience like that before.
I ordered copies if photos urgently needed-costing 27-00 pds.waited 2 weeks for telephone call that never came.despite staying -in to be sure it was received. When going into store on Black Friday I was informed the information given was totally incorrect. Then as quee had formed having had been in long quee anyway.i could get no satisfaction obtaining the Hairdryer I had purposely gone in on Black Friday to purchase .But as there was only One Assistant .and it by then was Lunch- hour she was unable (another quee had formed -now 3) she was unable to go online to check and order for me unless I could wait untill her colleague returned from luck freeing her to go online to check and process order. . Now people behind were demanding I finish. Despite me having to wait neatly half hour before I was served. Concequence I had been in store nearly an hour .could wait no longer with car parking restriction now imminent. AND unable to return in hour or so untill I could then be properly served AS CUSTOMERS AFTER MYSELF HAD TO BE SERVED FIRST. I returned home to Bideford Not a pleasant experience and Complete waste of time.without my purchases.No wonder Bideford Barnstaple are getting to be Ghost Towns. Support Local Shopping -please show me how much do customers have to do.when Shops such as Boots will not make it easier .
Friendly staff, although fewer of them due to covid restrictions. Sometimes you need to queue by the pharmacy instead of at the tills at the front but just follow the line
