My Grandma took a fall recently on one of their sites and the guy that dealt with her was fantastic. Security gets a bad name but he was superb in the way he dealt with Gran, he was First Aid trained which we did not expect but most of all he made sure she was okay, held her hand as she was a little upset and fetched us both a cup of tea. We as a family are truly grateful as falls can be particular bad for an elderly person. He chatted to Gran about anything and everything until she was stable enough to walk to the car, we were never rushed, in fact the opposite. Elsecar gets very busy and the guys have helped us with car parking before, they even allow us to pull up closer so Gran does not have as far to walk and all of them are very very friendly, in fact I think deep down this is why Gran likes to come lol! - I hope this gets to your bosses and I have written to Barnsley Council too .
