Absolutely love Helen and her team x They are so caring and honest and listen to you as soon as you go into the shop ( despite the current situation and talking through masks) I trust my babies with them completely. They understand their body language and follow their lead

I take my pom here for a groom and that are great at what they do. Book early as time slots book up very fast. Also parking is an issue when dropping off or picking up as parking spaces are limited. Pic before groom.

I previously took my dogs to another groomer and had a bad experience, so I was extremely nervous about leaving them, however, Helen and her team spoke to me and reassured me that they would look after my dogs, treating every customer as if they were their very own dogs! Absolutely brilliant customer service, very friendly staff and they are all wonderful with the animals. My dogs always come back looking and smelling amazing, so after that first visit 4 years ago, I've been taking my dogs ever since :)
Just collected my Cocker Spaniel Maya from her hair cut she looks lovely along with her complimentary poppy. The Staff are brilliant really friendly very good value for money found her regular hair groomers definitely be back in the new year SUPERB
