AVOID AVOID AVOID. Auctions time out whilst people are still bidding - they say their system is set up so it extends by 20 seconds if a bid is made in the last 2 minutes but it doesn’t so the seller loses out as they end up with a much lower price and the buyers lose too who are bidding. Happened on 2 occasions so not a fluke. They ask for 6150 deposit just to bid and take ages to refund when unsuccessful due to their system errors. Offered us a property as the nearest to the ‘winner’ who disappeared and sent completely different terms i.e. increased costs to those stated at time of auction close. When questioned Brian Grante ignored us and then said that the property was being put back into the auction and we could not negotiate with the seller! They are completely incompetent.

Great auction, i have bought many properties from them.
I have had a few experiences with Auctions houses where some have been unpleasant. I have to say I was very impressed and happy with the service I was provided here. To be honest I am confused about some of negative comments, as my experience was extremely positive. I managed to get what I enquired to purchase and have ended up with a property at a great price!
I have had great success buying and selling properties within this auction. Great service and a professional staff.
