It is unique and cozy place. Atmosphere is friendly, light and pleasant. There are separate zones: working, relaxing, kitchen, balcony, meeting room, three bathroom. Co-working has two floors. In the relax zone you can play table or video games.

I like it very much! New CoWorking is great: big, cozy, fully equipped. Very friendly atmosphere, perfect internet, different zones (working, meeting, relax zone, kitchen, balcony, even parking).

This space has a promise to be awesome. It is located in a cosy two-story apartment, with dedicated work area, large kitchen area, a lounge with a fireplace. But the space is poorly managed. In the end we had to relocate after almost a year here. Some of the main reasons were ongoing troubles with the internet connection, air quality issues, insufficient heating (winter), inadequate cleaning (dust etc.). Recently, the nice common spaces mentioned above were rented out as workspaces as well, so they could no longer be used as originally intended. Prices are on the higher end as coworking spaces go. But that unfortunately does not translate into better work conditions.

The space itself is very nice, staff are friendly. However like a gym who only sells 30 memberships because there is only space for 30 that many at a time, even though at any given time there will only be between 5-10 people there, their business model is flawed and is bad for their customers. They are sold out of memberships even though their space is almost empty with just a few people at 11am on a Thursday. This isn’t a real coworking space in this regard, they’re more like private offices without the privacy. I will update this review if they ever become a real coworking space with hotdesk only plans. *Edit: When I was there, the name was FSpace, but since has changed to Baobab. I don't know if they've still kept the same 30 membership policy with no hotdesks or not.
