I went there around 7.50pm. Only got my satay around 8.30pm after asking for it from 2 waiters who gave no response and I have to go and ask the counter cashier again for it. When I got my satay, 20 chicken and 4 mutton, it was already cold. I have to ask them to heat the satay up for me. Service is bad. The chicken satay is good, the mutton satay was tough to chew. The peanut sauce is nice and tasty, the sambal sauce is much more spicy than other haji samuri outlet that I went. Place is generally clean and followed the covid 19 SOP. Please improve your service , otherwise the customers will just go to the road side satay stall to eat hot satay there instead.

A little bit sad when i go to the restaurant. The portion of the satay was big but its a little bit cold. Its seem they satay has been cook before im making my order. For me if customer make an order, the food should be hot.

Quality has gone down very badly. The chiken n beef satay were mostly burnt.. n mee bandung kajang gravy is overly and unacceptably very sweet.. not sure why.. And the worker discouraged from ordering satay arnab as it takes long to prepare... Sorry but this is what i experienced today.. Sad.. it was very good many years ago..
