Adam Prewer and Martin Upton have recently helped me with the sale of my property, and in looking for my next project. Both have have been incredibly professional, honest and knowledgeable- not to mention patient with my many questions! They're just really decent, helpful people. We opted to use Stanbra Powell for the sale of our property mainly because they are a long time established local company with a wealth of knowledge. Martin and team did all they could to sell and make the process as smooth as it could be. Would certainly recommend Stanbra Powell to anyone considering selling a property.

The worst customer service. I booked in for a physical viewing of a house I was interested in. After which I rang again to book in an additional virtual viewing of the same property as I didn't want an offer to be placed before I got a chance to see it. Someone called Richard spoke with me and said the virtual viewing would be fine and that he would speak to his colleague Lewis to get this done for me. This was all at the start of the week, After me chasing Richard via phone several times to get the virtual viewing sorted, I get a call from Lewis, telling me the house I wanted to get a viewing for has now got an offer and that the offer has been accepted. So because of the mis-communication and non-effectiveness as professionals of Richard and Lewis, I have lost out on a property I was really interested in. I will not be bringing any of my business to Stanbra Powell - keep up the poor work.
