Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful. Made a mistake with my order gave me cement bags instead of post mix I split some bags by accident while loading and realised the mistake they swapped to right order and even had the split bags back. Overall very good service the 3 staff on today 4/7/20 are a credit to their company.

What an embarrassment! I've ordered some stuff worth 230 and not only the delivery address wasn't correct, no one contacted me despite clear request. I needed some gateway mats for the field for my horses, so address was for reference only. Somehow number one turned into fourteen and when I questioned all mistakes the operator answered that no fault of their staff as driver went by information written on the ticket. I have no access to what was written on the ticket. I asked to be contacted as I don't live near the place. For some thinking is still a luxury. Luckily my order was still sitting on the driveway next morning. I spoke to the owner of the property, he had the ticket that was put through the door. I can't believe that the driver just dumped the stuff worth hundreds and never bothered contacting the number I provided. I've decided to return the wheelbarrow as it looked used. Throughout the conversation, not once I've heard a \sorry\.
