I want to say thank you to the team at Charm City Pet Cremation for helping me during this difficult time after of losing my sweet hedgehog Milo. Being able to text made a world of difference when I was unable to speak after having to make the sudden decision to euthanize. Charm city answered all of my questions and was very accommodating with my requests. I picked up Milo's ashes today and couldn’t be happier with how the memorial turned out. Both the urn and keepsake are just perfect! ️

Our guinea pig, Muffin, passed and we were heartbroken. We didn't want to bury our girl so we had her cremated at Charm City Pet Crematory. We got her back in a beautiful little wooden box about a week later. A week after that we got a card of condolence in the mail. It was beautiful and touching. Thank you so much.
I'm a bit skeptical of crematories because of a recent bad experience with a human one, but this was some top notch customer service. It felt like my best friend was in capable and kind hands from the moment they came to pick him up. They are able to communicate with you via text, which was more comfortable for me when I had to make the decision to put my 13 year old lab mix to sleep due to a heart tumor. They didn't have a package that worked for me on their website, but they allowed me to pick individual items from a few different ones. I also asked about a custom nose print necklace that they did not offer, and they made it happen. There was a mix up with the type of urn I received, but they promptly fixed it and even came to my house to deliver it. I absolutely love my memorial items. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby's remains.
Never returned my call despite multiple attempts and msgs. Their website looks promising but actually standing by claims of customer service seems to be a different story. Went with Faithful Memories and they were above and beyond excellent.
I had to put my lil doodlebug down this week, and it has been very difficult. The people at Charm City we're extremely helpful and kind. They picked my dog up from the vet and gave her back to me in a tasteful box that I can put on my desk. I felt like they were there for me and only me during this difficult time and I am extremely grateful for that.
